Short introduction course for WOMEN ONLY based on Nadias own expirience and teaching to others yoga, dance, pilates experience.
We will stretch, breath and work on our pelvic floor muscles!!!
I will be showing super simple exersizes, no yoga experience needed, beginners welcome!
